SIR Home Improvements Featured on 103.3!
We are thrilled to announce that here at SIR Home Improvement, we were featured on 103.3 WKFR after stepping in to help build dog houses for the SPCA of Southwest Michigan! We are so grateful for their shout-out and proud to support the nonprofits that strengthen our community.
In this month’s blog, we’re highlighting why this contribution and recognition is so important to us, and why calling upon SIR Home Improvement can deliver special and lasting results time after time.
Why Call Upon SIR Home Improvements?
Since 1980, our team has been serving countless homeowners across the Kalamazoo, Portage, and broader West Michigan Area in hopes of delivering excellent home upgrades. These home upgrades include kitchen remodels, bathroom transformations, and window replacement. We believe that home improvement is about supporting the neighborhoods we live in and empowering homeowners as much as making places look better!
So, with this partnership with SCPA of Southwest Michigan, our contribution to their dog-house initiative is one small way we commit to the area. This goes in line with their “Cold Noses Warm Hearts” program that helps outdoor dogs stay warm and dry during Michigan’s unforgiving winter months. You can bet that when we heard residents needed aid in keeping their pets sheltered properly, we were more than willing to give a helping hand, and at the same time, honored to be featured for doing so.
Here are a few ways we believe in giving back to our amazing community:
- Donating materials or labor to local nonprofit causes
- Partnering with vetted charities like SPCA, NAMI, and veteran-focused organizations
- Serving homeowners with integrity, backed by our lifetime labor warranty
To every listener who heard our mention on 103.3: thank you! It means a lot to us that our community acknowledges the work that we do, not just inside the homes, but the effort put into off-site work as well to support people and animals in Southwest Michigan. If you happened to hear the segment and are wondering how you can get involved, either by supporting SCPA’s dog-house initiative or through our local causes, please contact us today or give our “We Care” page a visit!
Here’s to many more years of craftsmanship and community connection! To learn more about Cold Noses Warm Hearts and the SCPAs mission (along with our segment!), click here.
