This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SIR Home Improvements, Inc.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 4, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Sweepstakes Period").

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Michigan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who own the residence for which the prize would be applied.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of SIR Home Improvements and members of their household are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by:

Completing an official SIR Home Improvements Sweepstakes Entry Form at an event, showroom, website, or other approved entry location.

OR

Entering online through the official Sweepstakes entry page at www.sirhome.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per household during the Sweepstakes Period.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud, automated means, or multiple identities may result in disqualification.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, estimate appointment, consultation, contract, financing agreement, or other transaction is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

6. Prize Description

Three (3) prizes will be awarded:

One (1) Bathroom Remodel Credit valued at up to $11,000.

One (1) Window Replacement Credit valued at up to $15,000.

One (1) Kitchen Remodel Credit valued at up to $20,000.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $46,000.

Prizes are project credits only and may be used exclusively toward qualifying SIR Home Improvements projects.

Prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

If the value of the selected project is less than the prize amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

If the value of the selected project exceeds the prize amount, the winner is responsible for the difference.

Prizes are non transferable and may not be assigned or substituted by the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

On or about January 15, 2027, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Three (3) winners will be selected.

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, mail, or any combination thereof using the contact information provided at entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. Verification

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, W-9, proof of Michigan residency, proof of home ownership, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize.

Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by law.

11. Prize Conditions

Projects awarded through this Sweepstakes are subject to:

Property ownership verification

Site inspection

Applicable permits

Material availability

Service area limitations

Scheduling availability

Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

If a property is located outside Sponsor's normal service area or cannot reasonably be serviced, Sponsor reserves the right to award an equivalent substitute prize or select an alternate winner.

All prize projects must be contracted and scheduled within twelve (12) months following winner verification.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or injuries arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at www.sirhome.com.

16. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

17. Winner List

To request the names of the winners, send a written request with a self addressed stamped envelope no later than June 30, 2027 to:

By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.

Marketing Consent Disclosure

Consent to receive marketing calls, emails, or text messages from SIR Home Improvements is optional and is not required to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Declining marketing communications will not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.
