Back in 1980, I founded SIR Home Improvements with a simple goal: to help people improve their homes and their lives. Forty-three years later, we’re still going strong—delivering high-quality remodeling services with outstanding customer care, and earning an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau along the way. Our team is growing, and I’m personally looking for motivated individuals to join our Call Center as Appointment Setters.
This role is all about making real connections with homeowners and helping them take the next step toward upgrading their homes. You’ll be talking with people about their goals, listening to their needs, and setting appointments with our experienced Project Consultants who will guide them through their options.
Experience is not required. We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you bring the right energy, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed. We’re proud to have a fun, supportive work environment where people genuinely enjoy what they do and look forward to showing up each day.

Here’s what you’ll do
● Speak with homeowners about their home improvement interests
● Listen carefully and identify the best time for a Project Consultant to meet with them
● Set appointments for our Project Consultants
● Learn the basics of our products and services so you can talk about them with confidence
● Represent the SIR Home brand with pride and professionalism
Compensation
● This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on your availability
● Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience and performance
● You’ll also earn commission based on your results
● Our goal is simple: part-time hours and full-time pay
