The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority, especially in today’s environment. Wherever possible, we will continue to remain open for business, ready to serve the community with their home improvement needs.
Our offices will continue to operate, either in office or remotely.
We have spent the last several weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. For SIR Home Improvements, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, community, and then adjusting our day to day lives. We have one main goal: keeping our customers and our employees safe. With that in mind, we will be making a few changes to how our company operates.
Our Design Consultants will be bringing hand sanitizer, wearing protective masks, and using disinfectant wipes between each appointment in order to protect themselves, our customers, and the technology that we use in the home. They will also be monitoring their own personal health. If a Design Consultant, or any other employee of SIR Home Improvements is experiencing symptoms they are encouraged to stay home. Virtual appointments are also available for customers that prefer non-facing consultations.
If we become aware that an employee is feeling ill, we will contact you immediately to reschedule your appointment. This is all in the interest of keeping you and our employees safe. If you have any concerns, we will be happy to assist you and answer any questions that you may have. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.
