Contest Rules

How to Enter:
All entries need to be received between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Only one entry is permitted per unique address during the sweepstakes entry period.

Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by SIR Home Improvements. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. All prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Residence must be located in SIR Home Improvement's service area in order to be eligable for this contest. SIR Home Improvements assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting form acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchase is necessary to win. In the event that a winner has purchased a product from SIR Home Improvements that is all or part of their prize between the time of their entry and the time of the drawing, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Prizes:
Grand Prize (1): Ten squares of completely installed new SIR Home Improvements' Composite Siding to the winner’s primary residence. Color options are to be determined by SIR Home Improvements. Prize limited to any amount up to but not to exceed 1,200 square foot of new siding. Second place prize (2): Get a new soffit and fascia for your home. (3): 25% off complete total of siding project. or new soffit and fascia for your home.

Privacy:
Participants in the "Win Free Siding 2011 Sweepstakes" create a business relationship with Sir Home Improvement and it reserves the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participant’s names will not be shared with other parties.

Odds:
The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes entry period. A purchase is not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chances or winning.
